When you book an appointment with Luv Bridal, we collect your name, email address and phone number so we can provide you with a smooth and personalised experience.
We use this information to:
We only use your contact details for purposes directly related to managing your appointment and providing you with customer service, unless you choose to opt in to receive marketing communications. Any marketing emails or texts will always include a clear option to unsubscribe, in line with Australian Spam Act requirements.
We do not share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We may share it with trusted service providers who support our booking system, communication tools or customer service processes, but only where necessary and always under strict confidentiality obligations.
Your personal information is handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles, and we take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access.
Promotion Period
The giveaway opens at 12:00 AM (AEST) on Friday 7 November 2025 and closes at 11:59 PM (AEST) on Wednesday 31 December 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
Eligibility
a) Entry is only open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older at time of entry.
b) By entering you confirm that you satisfy all eligibility criteria.
How to Enter
a) To enter, follow @luvbridal on instagram, and/or complete the online entry form with your name and email during the Promotion Period.
b) No purchase is necessary. Entry is free.
c) Entries must be received during the Promotion Period.
Prize
a) One (1) winner will receive one free gown up to the value of AUD $3,500 (incl. GST) from Luv Bridal.
b) If the winner selects a gown valued at more than AUD $3,500, the credit will be applied and the winner will be responsible for paying any amount in excess of AUD $3,500.
c) The prize is valid only for gowns available in Luv Bridal showrooms in Australia, and subject to gown availability, style selection and wear date.
d) The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be claimed by appointment at a Luv Bridal showroom by 31 March 2026 unless otherwise agreed by Luv Bridal.
e) Prize is not transferrable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount.
Winner Selection & Notification
a) The winner will be randomly drawn by the Luv Bridal on or before Friday 9th January 2026.
b) The winner will be notified by email and/or direct message via Instagram no later than 9 January 2026.
c) If the winner does not reply within 14 days of notification, or is ineligible, Luv Bridal may redraw and award the prize to a new winner.
General Conditions
a) By entering, the entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Luv Bridal and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) from any liability associated with administering the promotion or prize and from any loss, damage, cost or expense arising from participation or acceptance of the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
b) Meta is not a sponsor of this giveaway, and is in no way associated with it.
c) Luv Bridal’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
d) Luv Bridal reserves the right to verify eligibility and identity of an entrant and may disqualify any individual whom the Promoter reasonably believes has breached any of these Terms & Conditions or engaged in fraudulent or unlawful conduct.
e) Luv Bridal may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion if for any reason it cannot be conducted as planned (for example because of technical faults, unauthorised intervention or acts of God) and will notify entrants accordingly.
Privacy & Use of Personal Information
a) By entering, entrants consent to Luv Bridal using their submitted personal information (name, email) for the purposes of administration of this competition, contacting the winner and for future marketing communications unless they opt out.

c) Entrants may opt out of future marketing at any time.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia.
Entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
Prize Redemption
The prize must be used in accordance with Section 5 and by the redemption deadline. Failure to redeem by the deadline may forfeit the prize at the Promoter’s discretion.
Publicity & Release
The winner may be required to participate in promotional activity (e.g., photo or social media posts) and grant the Promoter a non-exclusive licence to use their image and name for future marketing purposes without further remuneration.
